Madison Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast

Opened as Madison's first bed and breakfast in April of 1985, Annie's is an inviting cedar shake and stucco home in the craftsman style, overlooking a beautiful valley view of Warner Park with the eastern shore of Lake Mendota nearby. Tall green spruces, shaggy hemlocks and flowering dogwoods surround the house, gardens, gazebo, and pond, framing lovely views of the wildness of the park.  

Located across the street from the UW Arboretum (1280 acres of ecologically restored woodland, prairie, and native communities), the 1800s landmark and annex addition are surrounded by native gardens and mature trees. On the city's near-west side, the inn is 5-10 minutes to any Capitol or campus site. Arbor House is just a mile from Camp Randall Stadium, 1.5 miles from the Kohl Center, and walking distance to Lake Wingra and popular neighborhood shops and restaurants.
