Within an easy stroll of Placerville's Historic Main Street, the romantic 1901 Blair Sugar Pine Bed and Breakfast inn transports you to a kinder, gentler era.

Policies

Rates are for double occupancy (unless indicated otherwise) and are subject to a city room tax of 10%. A two-night minimum stay is required on some holidays and for most weekend stays involving Saturday night.

If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 7 days (10 or 15 days for multiple room bookings) are subject to the full room charge(s.). We are unable to refund deposits for no-show reservations. The full room charges for the entire reserved stay will be charged. Reservations for any additional nights reserved will be automatically cancelled. Our cancellation and no-show policies also apply to reservations held with a prepaid gift certificate. Late cancellations or no-show reservations will result in forfeiture of the gift certificate.

There will be a $50.00 non-refundable charge for lost or unreturned keys
