*CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will first try to accommodate alternate dates. If this is not possible we will refund your deposit less $25.00
- If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date and we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, there will not be a charge. If we are unable to fill the entire reservation, you will be required to pay for one night. This policy also applies to early checkouts. |
