* Cancellation policy:
Reservations are fully cancelable and refundable until 7 days before scheduled arrival. If cancelled less than 7 days before reservation, refund only if room is rebooked minus $25 administration fee.

You'll start your day here with an exceptional, mouth-watering continental plus breakfast by Jennifer. Breakfast may consist of; scones, blueberry stuffed french toast, muffins, yougurt, granola, eggs, fresh fruit, juice and coffee which are available from 8:00 till 10:00 every morning.
For cooling down during midday, help yourself to afternoon lemonade or tea. Sip alone or join other guests while relaxing and enjoying the ocean breezes on one of the lovely balconies before you head out to eat in one of the area's superb restaurants.

Spring, you'll be renewed Inn The Gardens while enjoying activities such as the Scottish festival, Easter celebrations, the Doodah Parade, the beginning of the Pops season, the Rose Festival, Memorial Day and the flower show.
Summer After a day on the New Jersey beach, you'll enjoy wonderfully cool ocean breezes Inn The Gardens while relaxing on one of our numerous porches and balconies. Use a bike from the inn to go to lunch, or to bike along the 2 and a half mile boardwalk. Feel relaxed in the yard with a beautiful garden and picnic area.
Autumn is full of festivals and shows to meet your interests. Enthusiasts for antiques, art, barbecuing, bicycling, collectibles, fitness, Halloween, kayaking, seafood, tomatoes, trains, or just some quiet time will find an appropriate weekend to visit in the fall.

Come and have fun during the summer on the beach or 2½ mile boardwalk. Picture yourself splashing in the waves, basking in the sun, or using one of our bicycles to arrive at one of the delicious eateries here in town. There is something for everyone; walking, biking, strolling the boardwalk, amusements, swimming, surfing, kayaking, parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, cruising, whale and dolphin watching and of course there is always shopping along Asbury Avenue with all the quaint shops. There are also great golf courses close by for the golfers. |
