The Chancellor Suite is located on the first floor. The master suite is appointed with a queen size oak bed, marble fireplace and decorated in shades of gold, white and black. There is a see-through panel to allow viewing of the unique handcrafted circular staircase to the second floor. Enjoy the reproduction coal burning fireplace while relaxing in the private parlor. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a second fireplace and a convenient writing desk. The oversized bathroom houses a large stuffed chenille chair. All rooms have oak hardwood floors.

The Riesling Suite is located on the second floor, accessed by the circular staircase. The master suite is decorated in a romantic dogwood print and offers a king size brass bed and antique handpainted French bureau. The separate parlor is decorated in rich colors of burgundy and navy with plenty of seating and a small rolltop desk. Scenes of Germany adorn the walls. The spacious bathroom houses a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

There is a private entrance through the side porch to the Merlot Suite. It has a winding staircase to the second floor where the bedroom, full sized kitchen and roomy bath with tub and shower await you. The bedroom has a king sized brass bed, and a comfortable oak rocker. You will appreciate the original plank floors and the rich marble tiled bath. The kitchen is perfect for longer-term stays-for business or vacation.

The Merlot Suite has a connecting door with the Riesling so that the entire upstairs could accommodate two families/group traveling together, or locked for privacy.

The Isabella Room was the master suite of the Town home in the late 1800's. In the 1920's this room served as North East's first kindergarten taught by Mrs. Maidee Olson. Isabella is named after the original grapes that grew on the arbors over 100 years ago. Today, the Isabella is decorated in jewel tones with a king size brass bed and fireplace. It has an additional exterior entrance through a common patio. Private bath has both a full sized tub and shower. This is the only guest room on the main floor of the Town home. All other rooms are on the second floor.

The Niagara Room is the original master suite of the Bester Town mansion. There is a queen size four poster bed and accompanying antique furnishings. This room is decorated in shades of green, rose and ivory offering a warm, romantic ambiance.

The Concord Room is spacious, light and airy. The room has an elevated queen-size cherry wood four poster bed and is decorated in shades of lavender, blue and green. The large hand-painted armoire contributes to a garden atmosphere in the room.

Eastlake furniture, circa 1870, adorns the Steuben Suite. Decorated in warm earth tones and floral patterns; this elegant bedroom has a double bed and a separate sitting room with a cherry wood daybed. A full bath and a half provide the finishing touch for this unique and private suite.
