* Payment and Cancellation Policy

EMERGENCY TRAVEL CANCELLATION - You do not lose your money -you get a gift certificate for the value of your reservation which is fully transferable but restricted as to time and dates. (Emergency must be national event or personal emergency verified by documentation, subject to approval of management)

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Travel reservations will be held for a limited time and under certain restrictions, pending receipt of check.

Generally, allow for two night minimum on weekends and three night minimum on holidays.

Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required time the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days, of arrival date you will be obligated for the room, but we will make every effort to re-rent it.
