Nestled on a heavily wooded hiilside in the Historic District of the quaint village of Eureka Springs Arkansas, Arsenic and Old Lace B&B captures the feeling of being deep in the woods surrounded by wildlife such as myriads of birds, squirrels, chipmunks, deer and the occassional woodchuck, yet within easy walking distance (about 15 minutes) of the quaint historic downtown of Eureka Springs.

We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

The bed and breakfast Inn can not accomodate childern under 12.

Pets (Dogs Only) are allowed with prior arrangements in the Patio and Library rooms. A one time non-refundable pet fee of $30.00 wil be charged.

We are a non-smoking Eureka Springs Inn. Guests who smoke may do so outdoors only! A minimum $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged if a guest smokes anywhere indoors.

There is a 2 night minimum on weekends, exceptions may be made within 3 days of the requested date.

A valid credit card or a 100% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before the reservation.

Your credit card will be charged for the entire stay for cancellations 14 or fewer days before the reservation date, unless we can re-book the room.

Early departures will be charged for the entire stay.
Whole bed and breakfast Inn reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to the reservation, if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the reserved date/s only the value of re-booked rooms will be refunded. A $125.00 cancellation fee will be charged if a Whole Inn reservation is cancelled 61 or more days before the reserved date.

100% of the cost of wedding packages may be required 14 days before the wedding.

We vary our rates by day of week, season of the year and length of stay. We offer discounts to military, police and firefighters.

Corporate Rates

Our Corporate/Business rate is $110.00 per night (pending availability) for any room other than the Tree Top Suite.
We accept State and Federal Per Diem for lodging, breakfast will be charged separtely.

These rates are based on single occupancy, if you are traveling with your spouse or significant other the standard rates will apply.

Corporate/Business rate includes all Breakfast and all amentities.

We will waive our standard cancellatioon policies for Corporate, Business and Government guests.
