How do I add my property to BnBstar.com?
To list your property with BnBstar.com please do the following:
1) Select your membership level at this page:
membership level selection
2) Fill in our registration form and proceed to checkout.
Please indicate the address of your website in the registration form, it will be used as the source of information for your listing. Our team will add all required text descriptions, photos, banners, special offers and room-by-room presentation to your listing within 24 hours at no charge. You will be invited to review your listing and suggest corrections if needed (additional corrections are also absolutely free).
If you do not have a website, you will be contacted by email with a request to provide the information which can be uploaded to your listing according to the membership level you choose. You can also provide a link to your listing in other online directories if you consider it to be complete enough to be a source of information for your BnBstar.com listing. However, please do not indicate the address of your listing in a different directory as your own website's address.
What are your rates?
There is an annual fee for BnBstar.com membership which depends on the membership level you choose for your listing.

Do you offer free trial so that I can test how many hits I will get?
We do not offer free trial, however your investment is protected by our 90-days money back guarantee.
Are there any additional hidden fees besides the annual membership fee?
There is only an annual membership fee which depends on the membership level you choose on registration. No hidden fees.
You can also select one of the special offers we provide to our customers, please note that additional annual or monthly fee applies for some offers (the exact amount is stated in the description of the respective offer in your account.)

What is the difference between membership levels?
The five membership levels we offer at BnBstar.com differ by annual membership fee and advertising opportunities. The higher your membership level is, the higher priority placement in the relevant search results your listing gets; the more text information and images you can upload.
At the advanced Gold or Platinum level your property will participate in our banners advertising system (displayed as "Featured B&B" at a number of BnBstar.com pages).

How do I get my property listed as featured?

How do I get my listing placed on top of relevant search results at BnBstar.com?
The position of your listing in search results depends on your membership level. The higher your membership level is, the higher priority placement your listing will receive. How are the bookings made through BnBstar.com and do you take commission on bookings?
Your contact details including your phone number, address and link to your website and reservations page will be presented in your listing so that travelers can contact you directly in the most convenient and fast way. Travelers will also be able to send you an email using our secure contact form. We do not take commission on the bookings received through our directory.
Will I be able to add a direct link leading to my own website?
Yes, all membership levels (except Basic) allow placing a direct link to your website in your listing.
In addition to this, at Standard and higher levels you can publish a link to your reservations page. Both links will be included in the short presentation of your property displayed in search results.
I received a letter with a promo code. How do I use it?
1) Click on this link:
membership level selection page, you will be taken to the membership level selection page.
2) Enter your promo code in the promo code field and press "Apply" button. You will see the regular rates change to the promotional.
3) Select your membership level and proceed to the registration form (press "Continue" button under the membership levels table).
4) Fill the registration form and proceed to checkout.

How can I update my listing?
To edit your listing please login to your account at this page:

After you login to the account, you will see a menu on the left hand side on the screen. Please select the section which you would like to edit and click on the respective link.

rates, etc.), click the "Basic BnB Profile" link in the menu.
Extended description and the
searchable highlights can be edited in the "Advanced BnB Profile" section. To manage the
images displayed in your listing select the "Upload images" section.
Please remember to save the changes you make. They will be displayed online within 12 hours on editor's review.

The email confirming your registration and inviting to choose your membership level is sent right after you fill the registration form, before the membership fee payment is made. If you already made the payment, please disregard this letter.
Whom do I address to get an invoice for my bookkeeping records?

I registered my property, why is it not displayed in search results?
Listings appear online after they are reviewed and approved by our editors. If your listing does not appear online within 12 hours after you made membership fee payment, please contact our customer service:
