Directly across the street from the harbor; relax on the porch while you watch the little lobster boats come and go. View the spectacular sunsets on the water, and listen to the musical sounds of the sea. Appreciate the beauty that has drawn so many artists and crafts people to this area.
It is only a short walk to town over the historic "footbridge" which spans the inner harbor. There for your enjoyment are the many galleries, fine restaurants, and shops of Boothbay Harbor.

Policies
|
RATES
Rates range from $105-$195 plus tax per room. All rooms have private baths. One room offers a Greek tub, another a beautiful whirlpool for two. Some rooms offer picturesque harbor views and/or private balconies. A Guest cottage is available for those desiring a more private setting. Rates pertain to single and double occupancy. There is an additional $25 charge per extra person.
DEPOSITS
To confirm a reservation for one night, full payment is requested in advance, and with longer stays please send 50% of lodging fee as a deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. Sorry, no refunds are given if you arrive after your confirmed arrival date or if you depart before your confirmed departure date.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are refundable, less a $20 handling fee if cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to arrival date. For groups reserving 4 or more rooms, the cancellation time is 30 days or more before arrival.
CHECK-IN
2 pm to 7 pm or by special arrangement. Check-out by 11 am. |

The Atlantic Ark Inn is tastefully decorated with antiques, oriental rugs and floor length drapes. Guest rooms are adorned with fresh flowers, attractive period pieces, and queen size poster beds. Some rooms have balconies. Most rooms have water views and all rooms have private baths (one with double Jacuzzi), wireless internet access, and air conditioning. |
