Payment:
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a one-night deposit on a credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express). The balance is due upon arrival. Ask about discount for payment of balance in cash.
Check in: By appointment between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, early check-in may be available.
Check out: 11:00 AM.
Cancellation / Payment Policy:
- A deposit of one weekend's night's stay ( 2 nights for Saturday thru Sunday stays) is required. Balance is due upon arrival. The deposit, minus a $25.00 service charge, will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the start of your scheduled stay.
* Cancellations (and "no-shows") with less than 10 days notice will be charged the entire reserved stay.
* In the event of premature departure, your entire reservation must be honored. |

Each guest room is tastefuly decorated and has private bath with shower en suite, color cable TV, and air conditioning. Several rooms have fireplaces (seasonal) for added comfort and romance and private deck or patio. |

Our parklike setting lends itself to lounging on the front or rear patios where you can watch the cars, people and clouds go by. At dusk sip some wine and watch the sunset, the twinkling display put on by fireflies, or stars in the sky.
After a day of enjoying the many activities New Hope and Bucks County have to offer, return to the peace and serenity of this Victorian farmhouse. Relax in the living room where you can chat with guests from other states and countries, play cards or games, contribute to a jigsaw puzzle in progress, or simply read a good book while feasting on freshly baked treats. |
