Master Suite: The Blue Spruce Room features a king size bed, refrigerator, AC, optional TV with cable, a 2-person Jacuzzi for your enjoyment and relaxation, and a brand new gas stove to keep you toasty on those chilly nights we get up here in the mountains. $85 - $125/night Friday - Sunday and Holidays, $75/Night Midweek (Monday - Thursday).
Juniper Room: A small, no frills room that has a twin bed in it. Fine for one person looking for an economical stay or can be joined with the Balsam Room for a fourth person in a family/group. $35 a night
Balsam Room: A large comfortable room with a queen and twin bed in it, TV w/ cable and VCR, a/c, and a full private bath located just outside the room. A small room is also available next to this room that has a twin bed in it for a fourth person. $75 - $115/night Friday - Sunday and Holidays, $65 - $80/Night Midweek (Monday - Thursday).
On-site massages are also available for your enjoyment upon request for $55.
We request a deposit of $50.00 per room to be received within five business days after your phone reservation. Refunds will be made for cancellations received more than two weeks prior to reservation date. Your good personal check is okay. We do not accept credit cards at the current time at our Adirondack B&B.

Our Adirondack vacation rental is a cozy home nestled into it's own apple orchard on 46 acres of tranquil mountain wilderness. The fireplace in the living room is a great place to relax all year long. This three-bedroom country house sleeps up to six people and has been completely renovated with brand new bathroom, kitchen, appliances, carpeting, floors, and upstairs bedrooms in 2001.
WATCH AS DEER PASS QUIETLY THROUGH YOUR BACKYARD!
Ideal location near Gore Mountain and only 1/2 hour from Lake George, 2 minutes from the beach, and less than 1 hour from Lake Placid. Skiing, snowmobiling, swimming, whitewater rafting, and hiking are all right here!

"Welcome to our 1837 Country Farmhouse Adirondack B&B. We offer three bedrooms, a large living room with color cable TV, and wood stove in the dining room. Our home is pleasantly decorated with antiques and handmade quilts.
