As it has been since 1869, the Mission Ranch is a working cattle ranch, raising quality, black angus cattle. Staying at the bed and breakfast offers you a unique opportunity to participate in numerous ranch activities or just enjoy the authentic simplicity of ranch life.

The rare privacy of the fishing experience on the ranch has drawn fly fishermen from all over the country. The ranch offers a total of four miles of fine, blue ribbon, fly fishing whether on the Yellowstone River, on Mission Creek or on our own Mission Spring Creek.

HORSE MOTEL

For our guests who travel with their horses...

Mission Creek Ranch B&B is offering for the first time, a horse friendly bed and breakfast. We know that many of you who travel with horses have a hard time finding a place to bed them for the night and also, to have a place to ride your horses. We are just the place. Our barn, pens and facilities are right off I-90 at Exit 343, 10 miles east of Livingston. Our facilities are comprised of four separate pens with fresh water and a hay feeder. We keep the pens meticulously clean and each horse may have a private pen. Each pen is covered with sand so the horses will not get covered with dirt and mud.

While your horse is comfortably bedded down in our corral pens, you can bed down at Mission Ranch Guest House (located right next to the pens) or our B&B (one half mile away).

In order for your horse or horses to stay here, we have a few rules

The owner of the horse must be a guest at Mission Ranch Guest House of the B&B.
If we supply the hay, there is an added charge.
We require that certain immunization shots be given to your horse before you arrive. Please have proof of these shots when you check in.

a. EWT Flu-Rine which covers tetnus toxoid, sleeping sickness, flu rhine.
b. Distemper (strangles).
c. West Nile Virus (for your own protection).

Rates for people and horses (Peak Season, May 1-Sept 30):
Mission Ranch House (sleeps up to 8 people) is $140. If you want full breakfast, you came to the B&B for extra cost of $6.00 per person.
Mission Creek Ranch Bed and Breakfast costs $125 per room or $140 for the suite and this price includes a full breakfast.
The price for penning horses is $10 per horse. We provide the pen, fresh water, and hay. You pay extra for the hay based on market price.
For those people traveling with their horse and camper, we charge $25.00 for your RV camper and $10.00 per night for each horse.

Some guests have asked us if they can ride their horses on your ranch during their stay. The answer is "yes"! We have 4500 acres of beautiful rangeland and bottom land in which to enjoy riding your horse. Because we love to share our beautiful ranch with others, there is no extra cost for guests who want to ride their horses across our place.
