  Meals

Full Breakfast
Our philosophy is to use the freshest, very best, locally produced ingredients and to prepare them simply and lovingly. Whenever possible, we use fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, produce from nearby growers and locally produced honey, maple syrup and cheese.

We serve leisurely multi-course breakfasts in our light-filled dining room or outside under an umbrella on the riverside deck.

Your morning meal might begin with Berry Parfait, fresh blueberries, strawberries or blackberries layered with yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup and homemade granola. Or fresh grapefruit sections with rum raisin sauce, gingered melon or our special version of peaches and cream. Accompanied by freshly baked cinnamon-plum cake, cranberry-bran muffins, blueberry breakfast cake or Jerry's secret family recipe for ruggalach. Main courses include light and fluffy blueberry pancakes with roasted hickory-smoked bacon, eggs Florentine with herbed potatoes and apple-scallion sausage patties, or Crème Brulee French Toast with maple sausage links. And, of course, a variety of fresh juices, tea, hot chocolate and coffee.
