To guarantee your reservation your Visa, MC, Discover or AE number is required.

Peak season dates are holidays, holiday weekends, August weekends, area/college special events, i.e.. college graduations/parents weekends. These entail a 2 or 3 night minimum and a no refund policy; refunds will be given if and to the extent we are able to re-book the room.

A two week cancellation policy is in effect. When a cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to the date of your reservation, we will charge your card. Refunds during this time frame will be given if and to the extent we are able to re-book the room.

All cancellations are subjext to a $25 per night/per room processing fee.
A """"no show"""" will be charged the full amount for the room.

Rate changes and minimum night stays may be in effect during peak season dates.
