"Rooms and Rates
These are our basic rates based on single occupancy. These rates include breakfast. Any additional services and accommodation may be discussed prior to arrival and priced accordingly. Rooms subject to availability and prices subject to change.

Basic Room
Double bed, common bath, TV, VCR, and hair dryer in room. $65 per night.

Basic+ Room
Double bed, common bath, TV, VCR, refrigerator, and hair dryer in room. $89 per night.

Deluxe Room
Double bed, private bath, TV, VCR, refrigerator, and hair dryer. $89 per night.

All rooms accommodate 2 people (maximum)
Reservations require: Credit card guarantee or check to be received within 1 week of reservation.
Cancellations require: 14 day notice prior to arrival date.
Payment: Checks, Cash, Money Order American Express, Visa, Master Card.
Check in: 3 - 6pm. Arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrival.

Serenity Farms is a place of wonder, sunrise or sunset, any time of year.
Gregg found Serenity Farms in 1995. What originally was meant to be a summer home and weekend getaway, became peace of mind. After living in metropolitan New York his whole life, he found this place to be more than just home but also a calling. Serenity and the dream of sharing this ""Higher Ground"" is now a reality.
You can sit by the fire or play pool in our Rec Room. Of course, there's our wonderful breakfasts in our relaxing kitchen and dining area.
The recreation room is perfect for meetings, consultations or just relaxing. It has a fireplace, pool table, surround sound, and videos.
The focal point of the recreation room is our brand new 9' Brunswick Bradford pool table.
The Kitchen/Dining Area can seat 40 people or provide an intimate space as well. There is also a fireplace, player piano and Internet access.
The keepers of Serenity are dedicated to supporting your use of this magical place. We can help you develop and plan a workshop, conference or seminar. We also can design and plan individual or group agendas that will suit your needs.
The Inn at Serenity Farms is on 100 acres, ready to explore at any season.
In the winter you can go snowmobiling.
Spring, Summer, and Fall
Swim in our 20'x40' in ground and heated pool. The pool opens early in the season and stays open as late as we possibly can. The hot tub is open all year and offers a wonderful vantage point for star gazing or looking at the pond and the hills.
These seasons are a wonderful time to go hiking and exploring.
Everyday offers new beauty to enjoy whether it is the mist coming off the pond at dawn or an entire field at night illuminated only by the stars and scores of fire flies. Each day is different.
