The Stone Hedge Inn is a 26 acre country estate located three miles from Tryon town-center. Each building is a unique rustic fieldstone structure. You catch a glimpse of the inn across the meadow as you turn onto our long tree-lined lane. Through the iron gates and up the hill stand the main house, restaurant and guest house. The stone cottage sits on a lower terrace, near the swimming pool and flagstone patio. Our six guest rooms appeal to the romantic, the traveler and the business person. Each room is large and comfortably appointed; two have wood burning stone fire places, two have antique furniture and all have nice views! Chef-owner Tom Dinsmore prepares a delicious breakfast daily and outstanding dinners Wednesday through Saturday evenings, along with a special Sunday brunch. Our dining room ambiance changes with the seasons and is always romantic with candles aglow in faceted crystal globes. Come experience the Stone Hedge Inn!
