  B&B Location

Ideally situated on the former site of Helena's first courthouse in the famed historic district, Magnolia Hill was lovingly built by cotton merchant Charles Lawson Moore in 1895.

The exceptional qualities of this Queen Anne Victorian landmark were recently recognized with its placement on the National Register of Historic Houses.

During its long and proud history, the building served as a Presbyterian Church, a "Cadet Club" for WWII soldiers and finally as the Magnolia Hill Bed & Breakfast where it has been restored to its original grandeur by your hosts who have owned the property since 1992.

  Room Amenities

The Peridot Room
Let the taste of Victorian tempt you in this light green bedroom with true Victorian walnut furnishings. It's turn-of-the-century charm even extends to an original gasolier chandelier.

The Aquamarine Room
An antique brass bed punctuates this airy, light blue room that is lavishly draped with hundreds of feet of fabric. A bay windowed turret further enhances the room's fairy tale quality.

The Ruby and Blue Room
A passion for decorating in deep red tones adds warmth and richness to this oak-filled suite. A breath of fresh air is always available as the room connects to a private second floor screened porch.

The Emerald Room
An antique aficionados dream come true! The 1865 oak bedroom suite features a serpentine dresser and 7' high armoire, and the bath boasts a claw foot tub (with shower). A bay window overlooks the signature magnolia tree.
