Welcome to the Park Light Inn, one of Southern Vermont's most gracious and romantic destinations. Registered in the National Registry of Historical Places, the 100 year old home is conveniently located in the historic district of lovely Chester Village in Southern Vermont. Meals: A full breakfast is included in the room rate. We are delighted to prepare additional meals, cheese and/or fruit platters, desserts etc. However, because we use only the freshest of ingredients, we require a 24-hour advance notice.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Arrangements must be made in advance if you are unable to arrive during the stated check-in time.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to leave your car in our driveway if you would like to spend additional time walking around town.

Deposit: A reservation deposit must be prepaid in advance at the time of booking. Reservations may be guaranteed via a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and Discover accepted.

Cancellations: In the event that it should become necessary for you to cancel your travel arrangements, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $35.00 cancellation fee, under the following conditions; during off-peak periods, confirmed (email/fax) receipt of cancellation with more than 14 days notification (prior to your scheduled arrival), we will refund your advance payment less a $35 service fee. Peak season, holiday and special occasion (weddings and "entire inn") bookings are subject to 30 days cancellation notice. Should you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival (including early check out), the full room rate will be charged if the we are unable to re-book the room. Naturally we will use best efforts to re-book the room reserved for you. Please note that cancellation policies are fully applicable when placing "last minute bookings" (within 14 days of arrival).
