"French Suite The French Suite features a fabulous Queen Bed and matching Armoire and Side Table made in France around 1880 to 1900. The bedroom and sitting room have a southern exposure while part of the sitting and the twin room have eastern and northern exposures. A delightful room to relax in and wake up to the glorious morning sunshine .Brittany Room : The Brittany Room features a magnificent Oak Queen Bed in the Brittany Wheel motif along with an impressive Armoire and Side Table, all from around 1850 Holland or Norway It also has a full bath with tub and shower. It is situated in the front of the house affording it a lovely view looking down North Lassen Street to Historic Uptown. We have just recently installed a small television in this room. Please be aware of other guests and keep the volume down! Thanx...

Regency Room:The Regency Room (formerly Karen's) has a wonderful Queen size Regency Bed and Dresser dating from the early 1820's to 1840's with nightstands from the early 1900's. Of course it has it's own private bathroom with a shower. There is a sunny window facing west and it is shaded by trees to keep it cool. There is a nice sitting area with a large closet and plenty of space. Jenny's Room:
Jenny's Room features a vintage Carved Queen Bed and Dresser from the late 1800's. It is the ""attic"" room with quaint ceilings and a skylight over the bathtub. Morning sun streams in the window for a wonderful wakeup. It features signed prints of country scenes and great old books.It has a full bathroom with tub
and shower with a skylight.

"Coming from Reno you will take Hwy 395 toward Susanville. When Hwy 395 turns to the north you will stay straight.
You will now be on Hwy 36 going toward Redding. This will take you straight through town to the ""Uptown"" area which is the old section of town. At North LASSEN Street, turn right. Go two (2) blocks and you'll run right into Roseberry House if you don't stop at the stop sign. There is a parking area located on the right side of Roseberry House so if you take a slight jog to the right and go into the alley on the right side of the house you will see a gravel area to park.

Coming from Chico, take Hwy 32 to Chester. When you reach Hwy 36, turn right and follow it through Chester, Westwood and over Fredonyer Pass and into Susanville. Just past the big curve (shown on the map on the left side of the bottom map) and as you turn right down Main Street, North LASSEN Street will be on your left. Again, two (2) blocks down and you run right into us.

Coming from Red Bluff will be the same except you will get on 36 just outside of town and follow it all the way.

Coming from Redding, take Hwy 44 along the back side of Lassen Volcanic National Park and turn left when you reach Hwy 36. Continue as above.
